Cotswold Wedding Photographer – Howell Photography

Doug and I went to Hidcote in Gloucestershire at the beginning of the week. We had a beautiful sunny day, the little lambs were jumping about and tulips were in abundance. Quite idyllic really. If you like gardening and need inspiration or just want to go somewhere relaxing it is a great place to unwind. The whole place is set out in little rooms so you can imagine your own little plot set out like one of the many different designs. We had decided to leave our cameras at home but at the last minute we each popped a camera and only one lens each into the car. I thought we may just take a few shots. Nevertheless, what do two photographers do on a day off ? Photography of course! It was so very photogenic we couldn’t help ourselves. Doug took some very gorgeous macro shots while I photographed little scenes. We each capture a shot in a different way but they sort of go together. That’s the benefit of having two photographers at your Wedding or Portrait session. I came away longing to shoot a wedding in the Cotswolds and feeling very relaxed and inspired. I love the freshness of spring and I am at present tweaking my site with fresher colours. I may go back to the old colours for the winter. Look out for some changes.
