We were on home turf a few weeks ago at a new venue for us “Rectory Farm” for the wedding of Caroline and Nick.  Caroline and her bridesmaids got ready at her family home in Toft and we had a great time as these girls really were fun to be around and very relaxed. The details at Rectory Farm were fabulous. Each table had a different teapot for a flower display piled on top of books and the tables were each named after different British biscuits. There were biscuits also on each table to compliment the names. Caroline made an excellent speech leaving Nick with his head on the table and really did give the best men a run for their money:)  It was raining when we arrived and the weather all week was forecast as rain all day. I contacted Caroline and we decided to have my umbrellas along and the girls would use their wellies for some fun rainy shots. As you can see from the shots, the weather, apart from the rain when they arrived at the church was totally wrong but we did the shots anyway and the girls had a great time. It was hilarious, sunglasses and umbrellas but worked as the personalities of these girls was fun, kind and very laid back. I hope that comes across in the shots we created. In the evening, Nick and Caroline had a short Portrait shoot and Nick surprised me with his posing. His hand was in his pocket and he went straight into a pose with no encouragement from me at all, brilliant ha ha. In the evening the dance floor was filled with more fun and laughter with the prop box and frames coming out for an appearance. I have to also mention that both the ushers and bridesmaids were amazingly helpful and all the guests and both families were a pleasure to be around and very warm. Also another thank you to Caroline’s parents who warmly welcomed us into their home as soon as we arrived.

Nick and Caroline, your wedding was a blast and great to be a part of. We really did enjoy this day. Warm wishes for the future.
