Howell Photography – Bassmead Barns Wedding – Alex & Jas

Jasmine and Alex were married on Sunday just down the road from us at Bassmead Barns. We have travelled far and wide for weddings but this is the first time for this venue on our doorstep. We were sort of lucky with the weather, the day before and after was glorious sunshine and on Sunday it was supposed to be heavy downpours. We didn’t see the sun but the rain held off until just after we created all the group shots and Portrait shoots and the moody skies gave a lovely diffused light. Bassmead is a lovely venue and we found plenty of pretty places to shoot.  We had an amazing day with this lovely couple and their friends and families and were well looked after, thank you. Jasmine had the most wonderful flowers created by The Basement Florist. She surprised Alex in the evening revealing an underneath layer to her wedding dress and literally let her hair down for the party.
