On Saturday we photographed Jen and Jons wedding which was a very traditional English country affair. Jen got ready at her parents beautiful Edwardian home which was quite a gem for us as the backdrops were just what we were hoping for with roses in the garden and arts and crafts furnishings inside. It was also fab as I particularly love sweet peas and roses. Jens dress was by Caroline Couture and I loved the details especially the little blue ribbon sewn inside. St Nicholas Church still had the bunting up from the jubilee and while waiting for Jen to arrive I turned around to see a smiling Vicar sitting and waiting, providing me with a fab shot. He was lovely and as you can tell had a great sense of humour. There was so much choice when picking the blog shots but I have to admit to a little bit of self indulgence on this one and have blogged lots of detail rather than my usual run through of the day and of course those sweet peas. The reception was at South Farm where we had a quick portrait shoot followed by a lot of confetti. Guests were treated during the day and in the evening to a great band called Abnormally Funky. Congratulations Jen and Jon.
