Every other January we always like to update our blog or website to a fresh new look ready for the coming years weddings. It has been a busy time lately, we managed to get away to Scotland for Christmas which meant I didn’t do much updating. Here we are then with a new design at last and a visit back to last summer and the lovely Eloise and Oliver’s wedding at Clare College. I have picked at random my favourite images from the day. Eloise and Oli had the wedding day just as they wanted it. They don’t like a fuss and are extremely laid back and their wedding was just the same. They married at Clare College and had drinks in the gardens there afterwards but everything else was at Eloise’s parents house in Cambridge. I have to say the house itself was very arty and stylish, I just loved finding places to use as props for shoes, rings and other wedding bits. They opened up the conservatory for dancing and the marquee in the back garden was dressed beautifully. Eloise made the cake and one of the Grans made the tables look beautiful with little pots of flowers all along. Her sisters helped with the pom poms and invites and Eloise even did her own make up after having a lesson. She looked fabulous. Her Temperley dress was perfect for her, I honestly could not imagine her wearing anything else. This day was very much them and having shot weddings at every type of venue you can imagine it is clear to me that as long as you do things in a way that is true to yourself you will pull off perfection. A perfect day and once again two very lovely families coming together and a whole bunch of guests that were great to hang out with.
Huge congratulations xx
